With you every step of the way

Our Process: Partners in Achieving your Vision

1. Introductory

We begin with a free, no-obligation consultation to get to know each other and ensure we will be a good fit. Our initial conversation will include a basic discussion about your current financial situation and where you’d like to be in the future. If we mutually agree to work together, you will complete our Client Engagement Agreement to get started.

2. Discovery & Data

Once we’ve agreed to work together, we take a deeper dive into your financial situation. We learn more about your current assets, your financial habits, and your specific, detailed goals for your future. We also gain an understanding of your risk tolerance and return needs to increase your chances of success.

3. Analysis

After we’ve gathered the data we need, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of your situation: your likelihood of reaching your goals as well as possible scenarios you may face in the future. Our analysis includes a summary of outcomes dependent on different factors that may occur in your lifetime.

4. Recommendations

Our recommendations will include the asset allocations we advise as well as a representative portfolio. Because we do more than just investment management, we will also provide recommendations for specific actions you should take in other areas of your finances, including cash flow, tax considerations, estate planning, and insurance needs.

5. Implementation

Next, we begin to implement your plan. Implementation includes asset transfer to our custodian (if desired) and the portfolio allocation we recommended. We will also guide you through the other actions we’ve recommended in regards to insurance needs, tax considerations, estate planning updates, and other relevant decisions you need to make according to your plan.

6. Ongoing Evaluation

Financial planning and investment management doesn’t end here. We monitor, rebalance, and report on your investments and progress as required. We also require at least one annual comprehensive review meeting to discuss any changes to your financial circumstances or market activity. And whenever you have questions, you can reach out to us by phone or email.
